Atiku Abubakar said he cannot enter the USA and President Buhari was banned too

Former vice president Atiku Abubakar reveal why he cannot enter the USA that his Visa to the state has not been approved. In an interview with Boss Newspaper owned by Dele Momodu, Atiku also alleged that President Muhammadu Buhari was unable to enter the US for 15 years due to “religious considerations”. Momodu had asked him what offence he committed that made him to “run away from the US”. “It is the sole prerogative of America to determine who they want in their country or not,” he was quoted to have said, adding that: “I’m not running away from America. I applied, but wasn’t issued a visa.” He said the US did not “categorically” deny him visa rather, “they’ve only said my application is going through administrative process. “This is not peculiar to me. For about 15 years, Buhari could not enter America on account of religious considerations.” Atiku also cited the case of Indian Prime ...

A former Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon (retd), has told Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, to seek dialogue with the Nigerian Government rather than calling for secession. The former military leader gave the advice while presenting his paper titled, “Unity in diversity: Responding to the current challenges of nation-building in Nigeria,” at the 2017 Distinguished Annual Lecture of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Jos, Plateau State. He said, “My young friend, Nnamdi Kanu, was not born during the civil war, which was declared ‘no victor, no vanquished.’ “It is sad to recall what happened at that time; the best way to seek redress is through dialogue. “Kanu should pursue a healthy conversation on issues he is not ...

This is in flagrant disregard of the May 12, 2017, court order given to the DSS by Justice Idris, to produce Ubah in court today. However, this came as no fewer than 500 supporters from across different ethnic groups stormed the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, today, to rally around and show support for the oil mogul. The lessons to learn from Nnamdi Kanu's detention

There are important lessons to be learnt from the detention and recent release of the leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), a breakaway faction of the Movement for the Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra. MASSOB was formed in 1999 by Ralph Uwazurike, an Indian-trained lawyer ostensibly to realize the Republic of Biafra. In 2005 he was detained for two years and when Peter Obi became Governor of Anambra State, he ordered a ‘shoot-at-sight’ at members of the group. The activities of the group continued in somewhat muted fashion throughout the administrations of both Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan. Like any other separatist, secessionist or insurgency groups, the group acquired a life of its own when Nnamdi Kanu, leader IPOB, was detained and refused bail despite court orders. Before his incarceration, most Nigerians never heard of Nnamdi Kanu or his Radio Biafra. In detention, what was probably an innocuous ragtag group became known globally. Nnamdi Kanu wa...

BREAKING: I Am Suspecting Buhari To Be A Boko Haram Member – Jonathan Speaks Out, Tenders Shocking Evidence

Former President, Goodluck Jonathan, revealed that President Muhammadu Buhari appears to be winning the war against rag tag Boko Haram, because the insurgents are sympathetic to the All Progressives Congress-led, APC, administration. Jonathan made this disclosure In the book, titled: “Against the Run of Play: How an incumbent President was defeated in Nigeria”, written by Olusegun Adeniyi. Jonathan added that, his government did its best, as far as the fight against Boko Haram was concerned, and further noted that, while the insurgents saw him as an ‘infidel’, they see Buhari as one of ‘their own’. He said:  “What is happening now with regards to Boko Haram, was the same thing that happened to me, regarding the Niger Delta militants in 2007. “I did my best and so did the military, although I can understand if there is greater commitment to the fight now than in the past. “In my time, Boko Haram said they were fighting an in...

TEARS!!! The End Has Come For Buhari, God Has Rejected Him, This Is What Will Happen In The Coming Weeks

The former Minister of Aviation and Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Femi Fani-Kayode, has announced the end of the road for President Muhamamdu Buhari. He described Buhari as an ‘evil-minded’ person, who has been rejected by God. In a Facebook post, Fani-Kayode predicted that many things will happen in the few months, asking Nigerians to buckle up. He wrote: “President Muhammadu Buhari is venal and malevolent. He has been rejected by the Living God. “His is a government of psychopaths, ethnic supremacists, radical Islamists, skull and bone diviners, and voodoo merchants. “We are entering the end game. Everything is coming to a head. The next few months will be instructive and critical. Much will happen.” Just few days ago, the ex-Minister had averred that there will be chaos in the country, if President Muhammadu Buhari dies in Aso Rock. Leader POB released

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, was last night finally released from custody. Kanu who was brought to the Federal High Court in Abuja at about 7pm regained his freedom after fully perfecting his bail conditions. Accompanied by family members, lawyers and sureties, Kanu signed his own portion on the bail paper to pave way for his release from Kuje Prisons. The judge, however, noted that the sureties to be provided by Kanu must include a highly respected Jewish leader since, according to her, the defendant claimed Judaism as his ...

Fred Ajudua's lawyers install arraignment

The defence team of a one-time Lagos socialite and businessman, Fred Ajudua, on Thursday, stalled his arraignment by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for allegedly defrauding a German company of 1 million dollars at an Ikeja High Court. The lawyers lead by Mr Norrison Quakers (SAN) argued against Ajudua’s arraignment after Justice Josephine Oyefeso had ordered him into the dock for his plea. “My Lord, the business of the day as listed in your cause list is a ruling and not arraignment, the case of NDDC V Ecobank backs this argument. 3. $1m fraud: Ajudua’s lawyers stall arraignment (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); .inserted_ad{ float:left; margin-right:40px; margin-bottom:10px; } @media (max-width: 767px) { .inserted_ad{ text-align:center; float:none; margin-right:0; } } “Trial starts when the defendant is arraigned, we have not been served with the charge and other processes, I have also spoken to the defendant and he told me th...

The aillng President and the coming conflagration in Nigeria

If the United Kingdom’s Foreign Minister, Boris Johnson, can describe the Leader of the Opposition Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn, as a “mutton-headed old mugwump” and an “Islington herbivore” how on earth should we describe our very own President Muhammadu Buhari in Nigeria? As each day passes he looks more and more like the colourful creature called Golum in J.R. Tolkien’s ‘Lord of the Rings’ and behaves more and more like the goblyns and orcs in that same book. This is a man who came back from the United Kingdom as an ailing and fading ghost and who, despite all entreaties and pleas from men and women of goodwill, has refused to resign. Since he came back he has not been seen in any public function, apart from the usual Friday Mosque prayers, and he has not presided over or been able to attend any of the weekly National Executive Council meetings in the last three weeks. Worse still when his high profile and once very powerful Secretar...
